Office development

As part of the wider Heart of Slough regeneration, Development Securities were selected by Slough Borough Council to deliver a landmark office development comprising circa 375,000 sq ft net arranged over three buildings.

Designed by the award winning architects Shepherd Robson, the scheme will be located on the old Brunel Bus Station site, and will include – building 1 (100,000 sq ft net offices), building 2 (175,000 sq ft net offices), building 3 (100,000 sq ft net offices), together with associated retail, public realm and car parking

The office quarter has a visually prominent position fronting the Wellington Road (A4) and lies adjacent to the train station and new bus interchange.

Existing rail services will provide a journey time to London Paddington of 20 minutes, and the Crossrail project will significantly improve rail transport links with London and Heathrow. This will help attract new organisations into the town, revitalising Slough’s town centre and building on its reputation as a location of choice for many of the world’s best known businesses to create their headquarters offices.

The new office quarter in the Heart of Slough will start once the old Brunel Bus Station is demolished.

Development Securities is proud to be Slough Borough Council’s commercial development partner for the 40 acre Heart of Slough project and we look forward to delivering these modern sustainable offices to make this a truly remarkable regeneration project.
